Do i need to be present during maintenance visits?

No, you do not need to be present. However, you need to give us permission on the form above to enter. If you prefer to be present, please let us know in your request.

Is there a cost for maintenance services?

Most routine maintenance requests are covered as part of your lease. However, damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in a repair charge.

Can i request maintenace outside of business hours?

Yes! You can submit a request anytime using the form on this page. Emergency requests should be called in for immediate assistance. 402-805-9194.

Can I do my own repairs?

For safety and liability reasons, residents are not permitted to perform their own maintenance on apartment fixtures, appliances, or systems. Always submit a request, and our team will handle it.
